This Privacy Policy explains how Panora (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Panora - Virtual Handpan (“Panora” or “the app”).

Account Information
You can sign in to Panora using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. Depending on the sign-in method, we may receive information such as your user identifier, email address, and name, if provided by Apple or Google.
App Data
We may store app-related data such as your preferences, settings, subscription status, usage state, and other information required to provide the app’s features.
Subscription and Purchase Data
Panora offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, purchase validation, renewals, and access to premium features.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple.
Analytics Data
We use PostHog to understand how users interact with the app, improve features, measure performance, and troubleshoot issues. Analytics data may include device information, app version, operating system version, usage events, feature interactions, and general interaction data.
Crash and Diagnostic Data
We use Sentry to collect crash reports, error logs, and diagnostic information. This helps us identify and fix bugs, improve stability, and maintain app performance.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may use notification tokens and related technical information to send app-related notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Support Communications
If you contact us at support@panora.digital, we may collect your email address and the information you include in your message so we can respond to your request.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Panora does not record audio and does not collect microphone recordings. The app does not use microphone recording features.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate Panora - Virtual Handpan
- Allow users to sign in with Apple or Google
- Save app preferences and user settings
- Verify purchases and manage subscription access
- Send notifications, if enabled
- Analyze app usage and improve the product
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes or technical issues
- Provide customer support
- Maintain security and prevent misuse

4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the app:
Supabase
We use Supabase for backend services such as authentication, database, storage, and server-side functionality.
RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, purchase validation, and entitlement status.
Apple
Apple processes App Store payments and Apple Sign-In.
Google may process information when you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In.
Sentry
We use Sentry for crash reporting, error tracking, and diagnostics.
PostHog
We use PostHog for app analytics and product improvement. PostHog may process technical, usage, and event data to help us understand app performance and user interaction patterns.
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only when necessary to:
- Provide app functionality through service providers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Panora is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
