These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Panora - Virtual Handpan (“Panora” or “the app”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Panora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The App

Panora - Virtual Handpan is a virtual musical instrument app that allows users to play and experience handpan-inspired sounds and related features.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

2. Accounts and Sign-In

You may sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining access to the account you use to sign in.

You agree to provide accurate information and not use the app in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions

Panora offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions that may unlock premium features, content, sounds, or functionality.

Subscription prices, duration, included features, and any free trial or promotional offer will be shown in the app before purchase.

4. Payment and Renewal

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple’s App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Panora for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app’s source code
• Circumvent subscription access controls or payment systems
• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with the app’s security, servers, or functionality
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without permission

7. User Data and Content

If the app allows you to save settings, preferences, or other app data, you are responsible for your use of those features.

You must not use the app to store or transmit illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

8. Intellectual Property

Panora, including its software, design, branding, sounds, visual elements, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

9. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Panora may send app-related notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

10. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Disclaimer

Panora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or if required by law.

You may stop using the app at any time. Canceling a subscription must be done through your Apple ID subscription settings.

14. Privacy

Your use of Panora is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.

Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
